Bobbi Jo - Solo piano instrumental that later became Once Upon a Time, released on Times Squared by Eric Leeds

Bit of a niche question.

I have two tracks that are labeled as Bobbi Jo piano demo on my drive. One shorter (3:26) and one longer (6:08).

The longer has different music than Once Upon a Time, while the melody is a bit similar. The chord progression of OUAT is (I don't really know music theory, so this is approximately) F# - F#/D - F#/B - F#, while the longer piano demo that is labeled Bobbi Jo has this chord progression: A# - Cm - F7- A#. The shorter piano demo has the same chord progression and melody as OUAT.

Anyway, is the longer piano demo version really Bobbi Jo or is just mislabeled? That's my question.
