David Allen Grier's story from 24:19 on is UN-BE-LIE-VA-BLE!!!!!!! I mean, WTF, a woman reading the bible, hidden behind his bed, trying to convert him?! WHATTHEFUCK, and they draggecd her out of the room, screaming... I hardly can believe this. A-ma-zing! It's a really nice compilation of stories. Howard Stern for sure IS a big Prince fan. And Prince's dry humor got even better the older he got, it seems. Though I feel he often (started to) behaved (more and more) like a real 'pasha'. - Thing is, in every story you hear, there's always the personal assitent(s) first who's mentioned, the ones who made all the contacts. Prince's own hard working bees, and those who know so much. Isn't it about time (one of) Prince's personal assistent(s) start to write a book? - Do we know most of them actually? I have no idea tbh. I mean, they hold all these stories, in full detail, they made basically all the contacts, they know all the abouts so much better than any band memeber or protegé, right? they probably know the girls coming and going, the club stories, the tour stories, (my god i would love to hear those), The hotel stories, the other artists coming and going, also probably know the re-recording details better than Sheila does... Even the doctor visits... - I even dare to think you can fill a nine hour documentary with these people alone, and probably far ore interresting. DON'T tell NETFLIX! The Stern Show was always enamored with Prince. I got into Stern way before Prince and it wasn't the main catalyst to my becoming a fan, but it definitely stood out that the King of Shock Jock derision and pot shots always spoke of Prince with a rarified air of fanboy awe.
