I doubt you'll ever get a response from the official store, you'd probably be better off just ordering from another site that has their shit together.

It is so true. The Official Prince merchandise shop does not accept a coupon discouns for any music purchase, so you can just forget about those savings toward your music library!

I'd understand if there was a small, select group of items excluded, but I don't understand how you can get away with using the term "storewide" when such large swaths of the inventory are excluded.

I was about to use my coupon but if it's not valid for music then no thanks. I don't need a new over priced shirt right now.

They were great to work with when I had a T-shirt problem over the holidays (the graphic was messed up on it). They sent a new one out right away.
