Can't we say that it contains lines from "Is This Love" from Bob Marley ?

Pretty similar, but there are probably 50 other songs with very similar phrasing.

I remember some court case about music copyright and lyrics. They had some music expert on the stand which listed 100 other songs with either similar lyrics, or a similar musical motif; showing that the phrase in question wasn't as unique as the songwriter thought it was.
