Print Blu Ray Covers?

Has anyone made their own Blu Ray inlay for the Glam Slam blu ray? Or the other two, W2A and Purple Rain Syracuse?


I want to out these blu rays into a proper Blu Tay case with a good print of a Blu Ray inlay.
