D&P SDE CD set. Amazon - U.S packaging question

Can anyone who has this let me know if the band around the set inside the plastic wrapping, shown in the U.K unboxing videos, is present on these too?

Odd question I know but appreciate any one who knows.
If the milk turns out to be sour, I aint the kinda pussy to drink it!

I received mine today from amazon (USA) and it did not have the band u are referring to.
