Along with Norrine and whoever is the heir of John Jr.

It seems that none of them even met Prince until their mother, Vivian, died.

This article is super vague and never actually explains what happened. It sounds like it's resolved now, but exact how it was resolved and to whose satisfaction is unclear.

I’m guessing it’s OK by now for Morris to trademark Morris Day and The Time? Wasn’t it that, what was banned by the estate?

My only gripe is that "The Time" should refer to the original 7 guys.

There have several times in the recent years that "Morris Day and The Time" play a concert in my area (Detroit) -- where I see a lineup photo and it's Morris with random players backing him.

The ONLY Original Member w?Morris these Days is Drummer Jellybean Johnson. Keyboardist Monte Moir WAS up until a couple/few Years ago. They STILL Sound GREAT!!!! But I Wish The OG 7ven would get back 2gether "One Mo' Time"
