Don't You Wanna Ride

If not for the falsetto, this could be from any era. Shows the talent and musical consistency Prince had until the end. Funky rhythm guitar too!

I think it's a great song and agree it could be from any era. I don't think the falsetto dates it. While it's true he relied more heavily on a falsetto earlier in his career, he never totally abandoned it.

That is true, I just meant his falsetto sounded "young", like the other demos around that era until around the Prince album, where you can hear him becoming more confident.
Listening again, the vocal bass runs really show how he already had the vocal ability when he started recording.
