Prince and Kahoru Kohiruimaki (Mind Bells/Bliss) I really love Mind Bells.
According to Princevault Kahoru Kohiruimaki’s manager, Seijiro Udo, had promoted Prince’s Japanese concerts on the Lovesexy Tour, and Udo asked Prince to provide some tracks for Kohiruimaki, leading to the recording of Mind Bells and Bliss. Kahoru Kohiruimaki recorded her own vocals over the basic tracks in Autumn 1989 (studio information is needed for her recording).
Does anyone know if they ever met in person ?

Fantastic song. "MindBells." dewdewdewdadewdewdew, love that little keyboard figure after the hook. This official version on Kahoru's YouTube seems like a completely different mix than the album version, though.

Mind Bells is one of my favorite songs he gave away and one I wish he kept for himself and released on a b-side/maxi-single.

I prefer her version of Mindbells. I usually love Prince's falsetto but he sings too high on that one that it sounds unnatural.
