"Yellow" was the title of Thunderball's first ever bootleg of unreleased Prince demos and outtakes.
They were formerly known as Moonraker before they made the switch to Thunderball. They cooked up a bogus story about a Prince musical and since yellow was then perceived to be Prince's favourite colour they chose to name the bootleg "Yellow". Thunderball did the same thing again when they followed it up with a boot called "Blue". . "You don't frighten us, English pig dogs. Go and boil your bottoms, sons of a silly person." | |
