There isn't time to do it before then. I don't know what the holdup was (30 year anniversary!) but iit's likely hard to plan ahead when you're dealing with thousands of recordings and videos discovered in no particular order, catalogued by various people with different systems.

I may not pick this up. Not just becsue I do not have a player (I would not play these anyway) but it seems like milking. I got the boxed set... (and several copies of this album over the years)...

I do wish it a foil cover or something to set it appart...

I have all of these still in orginal vinyl, (and the SDEs in CD format), but must admit, colored vinlys are tempting (love that purple PR issue).

I once heard though that colored vinly is not as good soundwise as black vinyl... don't know if this is true... must put on some of my picture discs from back in the day, see how they sound

But still, looks kinda cool - but how many times shall I buy an album really...

You can find very good record players for afordable prices nowadays (around $150 even).

Don't be fooled by the very expensive ones on display.

I have a couple of damn good ones i'm super proud of, but honestly, at work i have a very simple, less expensive one and the (little) difference (in sound) is actually not always worth the many more dollars.
