Come on (E Master L mix) real or fan made?

Have had this for a while.Is this a version of the song that didn't make the cut for the "Come On" EP or is just a really good fan made remix?

It sounds like a dj/fan made name.

BTW, the official maxi single had the accappella version on. I wouldn't be surprised if some one tried to mix it
