Nice! But it's too bad none of the "101" remixes are on this. I'm happy 2 have the 12" single...

Oh! Yeah, "1980-1987", that maybe bodes well 4 a follow-up release 4 1988-2000.

Or are U referring 2 that it's a compilation of "EMI" releases? Well, EMI and MCA are both part of Universal now, so Cherry Red Records probably could have made a deal for both catalogues.

Except it's not that simple:

.

The reissues of pre-1997 releases from EMI America and EMI Records USA are handled by UMG's Capitol Music Group, Virgin Records' American distributor and a stand-alone British distributor. The distributors of the vast majority of EMI Records' UK catalogue are Rhino Entertainment in the US and WEA International for the world outside the US.

.

I suspect that legalities prevent just mixing two catalogs which are "technically" owned by completely different businesses.
