One Night Alone tour show with best guitar playing Which show u find the best when it comes to his guitar playing? I think Kodak theatre 2002 show was the best in terms of guitar playing.every guitar lick was on poibt and he played faster than usual during that show. |

I think his best moments were at the various aftershows on that tour. I heard the soundboard of Calhoun Square and Peach from the Dublin aftershow and both were awesome. Sadly this aftershow still isn't circulating among us mere mortal fans. I went to teh Nighttown aftershow and that one was great to. Have the Vega and Bataclan on boots and those are my favorites with great guitar playing, but I have to say that Calhoun Square from the Dublin show is the best version I heard.

That Bataclan show is one of my favorite aftershows from the tour, it´s right up there with his best and most legendary aftershows. Some great guitar playing there right from the beginning.
His guitar playing style was a bit off around 1998-99 but he was amazing in 2002.
The "Rock night" at the Celebration at Paisley Park in 2002 when he played after Bernard Allison is one of my personal all time favorite Prince concerts ever. He was really on fire that night. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?" |
