arms of orion=elevator music michael bolton rolling over in his grave! . To set the record straight, “The Arms of Orion” is actually one of his best. I’ve been informed that my opinion is worth less than those expressed by others here.

The song, yes, it certainly sucks! The album kind of sucks as well, but some of the individual songs are favorites of mine. RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time...

I have to agree with you here to a certain extent. By the time we reached the mid-nineties for sure Prince was no longer 'cool' and 'in the Zeitgeist' like he was in the mid-80's. He started following trends instead of setting them. I was often embarrased by his looks, his antics and a lot of the music that came out in the 90's. He was no longer leading the pack and although I still was a fan, I would certainly not play a new Prince album when friends came over to chill at my place. I would listen to his new albums alone, and maybe dig 2 or 3 tracks at most. RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time...

The world's problems like climate change can only be solved through strategic long-term thinking, not expediency. In other words all the govts. need sacking!
If you can add value to someone's life then why not. Especially if it colors their days...

1984-1995, slight cheat as the Gold Experience infamously sat on the shelf for a bit. But, 1999 aside (album not year), that’s his truly greatest period bracketed within just a tad over one decade. If he was on the slide after 1988, he still didn’t meet or even glimpse anyone else on the way down until after 1994.

It boggles my mind that we so commonly divide and rank his career so evenly when his tastes and directions changed like the wind.

I agree, although I like Prince and For You I just dont listen to them as much as some of the tunes on Batman and GB. graffiti bridge sucked balls though ...then u must feel the same about his 80's material since GB is 99% 80's material
