It's not unusual for shit to go on sale like that. esp in makeup. It has an expiration date (most eye shadow or face powder is 2 years, but some can vary).

Makeup items change all the time; this one had a three-month, typical full-priced life.
I'm sure the estate got what they wanted out ofit although Urban Decay bungled the release.
