Love, Love, Love - First Drum Machine Track?

I have seen other posts here before asking the first track with a drum machine.
I was listening to 94 East and got to "Love, Love, Love" - that is definately a drum machine.

Princevault lists it as a Summer of 1978 recording.

I think Prince (like a lot of solo artists - Sly, Stevie, Shuggie, Junie) had always used them, as a time keeper in demos etc - but they would obviously some times make it on to the records. Love,Love, Love may actually just be a demo in the first place. It's definitely funky and an early use in a Prince/94 East recording.

So if you know there's another thread about this, why create a new one?
