I believe that audio along with voicemails (including two by Sinead O'Connor as well as audio of one statement; and multiple VMs from a crazy woman who claimed Prince stole her takeout food and other bonker shit) were in the evidence dump that Carver County posted online. I have it all.

In fact, looking now, there is a folder in it called Electronic_Records_5 and the first folder is Item #131 Conversation with Larry Graham. The file is dated 05.04.2016 1455 hours.

I guess it depends how you define 'shady.' He, like Kirk, was covering his ass. I'm not saying Larry had anything to do with Prince obtaining or using drugs. I'm saying if he knew, he may not give up the ghost on it. I've not listened to it.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

LG wouldn't answer the phone when the PD was calling.

LG wouldn't answer the door when the PD was knocking.

I believe he tried driving right past them in his van (if memory serves me correctly) and then they either stopped him or he turned around.

Then I think he may have invited the cops in his house, and finally answered some questions, not that his answers told us anything at all.

I think he's shady too.

Prince's so-called-best-friend. He said Prince "seemed fine". Losing a lot of weight, getting ill and fainting in the airplane, is Not Fine or Normal!!!

Exactly and Prince bought him and his family a home, which I think he still lives in.

I can't say who but 1 band member told me he cut the ties with Larry when Larry distanced himself from Prince after alleged drug use.

George Benson may have planted the JW seed in P's head, Larry watered it and bought it into bloom.

"Prince was my Spiritual Brother". And they mostly communicated via email. "If we communicated about business....me playing guitar with him".

Wasn't there a story that Prince kinda stopped working with Larry Graham because LG was just sorta lazy, and didn't like/want to work as hard as Prince did? So Prince just kept on moving, and Larry down shifted? Because LG was all around for a few short years, but once The Rainbow Children was out, Larry wasn't in the band anymore, in a video (AFAIR). Rave Un2 The Year 2000 was sorta the last time we saw him in full effect. Which is odd since TRC was Prince's big religious move. I mean, I suppose LG was somewhere during that time. But all that NewPowerPak business was long over.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Whateve the case, the way he talks about Prince isn't what you'd expect.

Plus the interview is happening in a house Prince paid for. There are people who knew him far less that showed more emotion. Coping with death is a personal thing, but when you lose someone to addicton, it has to hit harder. I don't know, he seems like he's been in show business too long among other issues.

Couldn't listen to the full interview, I just cannot stand this dude. He entered his world in a shady way and the first 10 minutes of the interview just confirmed that graham is shady all around.

Warning: If you check out the video labeled Paisley Park Lobby (under the same guy who posted these phone conversations) - there is about a second or two where it shows Prince lying dead in front of the elevator. I can't believe this is real and if it is not, why would it still be on youtube?

Oh Larry Larry Larry lol as much as I love him as a musician (whether when he was with Sly or on his own with Graham Central Station) and as much as he put colors in my life as a music geek, as much as I try my best to avoid hearing him speak.

Cynthia Robinson - the trumpeter in Sly & The Family Stone - mentioned this story about when the original configuration of the band took place, everyone learned their parts and were about to go home until Larry jumped and said “ok let’s take a vote on who should be the leader”, Cynthia looked at him like “who are you? It’s obvious who’s the leader” and that’s when Sly had to put his food down and declare that no one’s leading the band but him. Larry never stopped being shady, it runs deep in him.

That being said, and as much as it pains me to say so, but Prince was the one who invited those shiesty elements in his life, I can’t really say he was looking out for himself like Prince was this helpless victim, he opened the doors invited that crowd in his life (that crowd includes Kirk) and he kept them there. Here’s where I might get cussed at but idgaf, Prince was shady too as his history have shown, god bliss him. And it’s only natural that he will gravitate toward folks who has the same likeminded mentality as him.

The timing of graham's appearance is shady as hell. YES prince opened the door, nut you can't deny that Larry's timing on converting prince was perfect. After he lost his son. If what mayte wrote was true then it was like a back and forth until she completely lost him to larry and the JW. To me it's pretty clear that larry used the situation to advantage.

Of course he did, he’s always been on code & it’s not out of his character. Still though, he remained in the Prince camp longer than anyone before which begs the rhetorical question: did he force himself to be there all these years? I don’t like the guy, but that’s who our guy CHOSE to have around at the end of the day.

I met Larry once and he was a super nice guy. I just don't get why religious people have to talk about it. Keep that shit to yourselves. I mean, you don't see non-religious people going around talking about how lucky they are that they don't have to fall back on something that is not real in order to validate their own existence. Did anyone watch the video yet with Prince's dead body in it? It has to be a joke right?

It isn't. It's a video recording by police. It was in the same police file as Larry's interview and needs to be reported to YouTube to be removed.

In all fairness, I’ve seen the over-zealous pushy aggressive types fall on both teams. Some religious folks will argue you to the ground on what you’re doing wrong and why you’re going to hell, and then there’re some atheists who will argue you on how your god is as fictionalized as Santa Claus, both groups are mouthy, loud, wrong, presumptuous and full of unsolicited opinions.
