Yesterday was the first time I really did a big Prince listening session in a while, I stuck pretty much exclusively to stuff that has come out posthumously, essentially Originals and the outtakes discs of the 1999 and SOTT special editions. It was wonderful to come back to his music after a break, and while it's still sad to know we'll never get really new Prince music, the fact that there's so much great stuff even among these outtakes was a wonderful reminder of how much great music we still have to treasure. Heavenly wine and roses seems to whisper to me when you smile...

- Yesterday evening before i went to bed, I payd tribute to Prince's 5th year remembrance of his passing. Sat down with heaphones, lights out, and listened to the first abum ''For you'' on vinyl, staring the whole time at the album cover and inner sleeve. (You know, things you do when you buy a new album by your favorite artist.) Went off to bed, and dreamed all night things Prince. - "The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves.
