Why do you post a shitty, illegally uploaded video when the actual source is easy to find? . Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top talks to Dan Rather about Prince (starting at 36:10): https://www.axs.tv/channe...gibbons-1/ © Bart Van Hemelen

Glad that he c an see now the genius & huge guitarist Prince was but iam very surprised that a guy & musician as BG from 70's & 80's mainly was not aware of Prince as a pure Musician & Guitarist he was before 2004......this is not serious from a guy like BG!!! [Edited 5/3/21 12:48pm]

Here's another interview with Gibbons, published the day after Prince died: similar subjects but totally discussing P. Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

- What a very nice story. Thanx Bart. I did not know Prince just played on the spot in the studio when he played and recorded the guitar opening part for ''When Doves Cry''. And that he had no clue how he did it. And said ''Let's go and both learn how to play it.'' Bill Gibbons is so at ease and gentle and nice. I can imagine both talking for hours with Prince about guitar playing. Waw. - "The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves. And wiser people so full of doubts" (Bertrand Russell 1872-1972)

Can you imagine how cool it would be to be a fly on the wall listening to Billy and Prince talk guitar playing for two hours??!!! To hear Gibbons describe Prince's "technical dexterity" really puts a fine point on how great he was. WOW.
