Right, but all in all it isn't about who we feel who would be best on stage but who was a part of the biggest albums of the time that are still influencial. Prince and the Revoltion sold millions of albums, a few Time tunes were big hits. The Revolution deserves a nod if we were to pick one for seperate induction

Even if this were true (and it's not), it doesn't take y'all long to derail anything positive about W&L into "they suck and never did anything good, ever" territory. Kinda sad, honestly.

anyway, it's true that Prince recorded most of the Revolution-era albums himself, but the fact that his most iconic and well-known song is a live recording of the band seems like enough to warrant induction. Not to mention the other hits from that same album that they were involved with (Let's Go Crazy; I Would Die 4 U; Baby I'm A Star)
