i would say the same, but promo is a singles market right now. i've seen plenty of releases in the past few years give up half the album before it's released, and i wouldn't be surprised if they're sort of trying to treat this like that... also those singles could be something like hot summer or same page where we have them but most people probably haven't heard it unless you're a hardcore fan.
