Just finished listening to it. Its really good. I highly recommend it. Its A really nicely put together tribute. Not too long and not too short. Its not just Ann Powers talking, its people like Dr Fink also. Give it A go.

Yeah - I thought is was a lovely, extended anecdote. Obvs, my favourite moment was hearing Kristin Scott Thomas read the lyrics to Better With Time, and being transported back to 1986. Utterly gorgeous (and so pleasing that they played the Alexa de Paris, Mrs Wellington asked me to give you a message exerpt from the movie). A really wonderful listen.

I actually had never heard her really talk about Prince. I think she was on Graham Norton recently and talked about him. I often don't appreciate how good Prince's lyrics were until someone either speaks them or writes them ou as well. So good.

Yes - the clip on Graham Norton is quite lovely, too. She talked about her mother's reaction to seeing the film, which was funny.

This was a really entertaining show and beautifully scripted. I also loved the part with Kristin Scott Thomas. I’ve coincidentally been listening to MPLS Sound lately and ‘Better with Time’ is such a gorgeous song. Who wouldn’t be moved by those lyrics. I was moved just hearing her talk about them.

Yes, you're right - it was affecting to hear her read the lyrics, with such a sense of authetic appreciation, too.

I thought this was pretty good too - a nice listen.

Doesn't just feature the usual suspects either. Dan Piepenbring the author of The Beautiful ones memoir pops up at one point also.
