You guys don't like "Get off"? The roar of the guitar, the way he put a flute in a dance track and made it work. What is wrong with you people??? Prince's music is wasted on you catchy music loving people.

Sexy Dancer, except for the Rhoads solo.

Lemon Crush

1999, New Master; Prince should be shot for this!

Cloreen Baconskin. This isn't a song, songs have melody.

Most of the Goldnigga album. Idiotic garbage. No wonder hip-hop folks don't respect him.

New Power Soul (the song) Was Prince high? How boring are the horns? How piddling the chorus? How worthless the song? Prince so bored, he might as well be asleep.

God, so many of the NPGMC stuff. Just horrible Trash wasted on a once great artist. He should be jailed for Rope Of Silicon alone.

Undisputed. Chuck D should slap Prince. Junk, with no melody.

1999: The New Master - I agree, that is the most disgusting Prince song ever.

It's like he plumped a big turd on the cold floor, then puked his guts all over it.

Hey, you Emancipation hata's:

"0{+>
EMANCIPATION
NPG Records

While this new three-CD, three-hour album from one of pop's most creative forces breaks no new ground, it is an exhilarating, melodically rich tour de force. For the enigmatic auteur, it is the most cohesive, satisfying work in years and the first for his new label since he severed his 18-year connection with Warner Brothers. Finally he has erased the "Slave" graffiti scrawled on his face (his summation of his relationship with the corporate giant), hence the album title. (Those who hoped he might drop the nonverbal moniker as well will be disappointed, although he has now let it be known that he can also be addressed as The Artist). Whatever his handle, the virtuoso formerly known as Prince Rogers Nelson, 38, expands his lyrical content beyond his usual twin obsessions of sex and salvation to examine commitment and fatherhood. He leaps gleefully from genre to genre, moving from the nasty bass lines of "Joint 2 Joint" to the dreamy sway of "Soul Sanctuary" and the propulsive "Damned If I Do." The only missteps are the halfhearted attempts at rap, a style that has never suited him anyhow. But his fluttering falsetto sounds perfect on a faithful rendition of the Stylistics' "Betcha by Golly, Wow" (he also covers the Delfonics' "La La Means I Love You"), and he transforms Joan Osborne's hit "One of Us" into a raging guitar anthem. At such moments of abandon you're reminded that no matter what he calls himself, the symbolic one still matters. (NPG)

This is what is so cool about Prince, his styles have varied and he always manages to hit meaningfully for some part of his fanbase.

"Emancipation" was reaaly bad...
I heard the "beautifull experience" boot; and was hoping he was going to release this major funk, cutting edge rcord.
Instead we got an overly slick, tame soft record - a triple disaster.
i bought it in between courses and listen on my discman because i was sooo anxious for it, but felt as if I bought a ripp-off. tha case got damaged on the way home and couldn't care less.

Indeed, "Emancipation" is the crappiest album Prince ever recorded, I can't stand to listen to it. Gimme C&D or NPS anytime instead of this "Emancipation" pile of shit. disbelief

I just can't understand why you all hate Emancipation so much. It was so beautifully done to me. My favorite album.
