with all due respect, he never said singing voice tho, Sir
True. However every example that the Thread starter mention is a song |

And every song that the Thread Starter mention is a song, hhhmmmm and plenty of "songs" have spoken lyrics, chanted lyrics, whispered lyrics, grunts and groans and hiccups...a "voice" is whatever sounds is coming out of one's mouth...OP may have indeed meant singing voice but that was not specified.. so i and others took liberties in our examples as Prince was obviously a man of many "voices" and vocal styles ...singing and otherwise...why nitpick, Big Homie? |

- He could work that voice.
- I liked his deep-toned speaking voice; the monotone w/the long intervals.
