Ok what's up with these Prince hologram?

See Housequake for images. I'm not posting them and have him come back and smack me. Nuh huh.

They aren't holograms, that's something else entirely. They're just animated pictures.

They're not holograms, true. But they are exactly what Prince was talking about: being animated/brought back after death, doing stuff he didn't do in real life.

The "animated" Controversy cover (as seemingly innocent it is) is the slippery slope of what could be done in the future.

It's a feature used on facebook. Folks have latched onto this for pics of other people past and present.

I really wouldn't want that done to one of my relatives. I get the ohhb and ahh of the ability to do it and know full well it won't stop there. But from the point of view picturing great grandma looking like she's trapped in a box isn't very appealing to me. Kinda like a puppet show.
