Princes feet Is it documented that p had issues with his feet? Our man could do insane things in heels, and wore them daily, so he surely must have had some? He switched to wedges later of course, but 35/40 years of heelz must surely have been an issue - yet every photo, every video, every pap, he's strutting, spinning, standing, dancing... No glimpse of discomfort. It makes no sense! I'm sure all the girls on this board and maybe some guys know the feeling of being out all night and ripping those heels off.. Only to find you have to put them on again to walk home, or back on the next day and the pain you have as your foot goes right back into that shoe. Were there any procedures or remedies he was known to have? I was tidying my cupboard today and as I put away my boots these questions came to me..

The wedges and sneaker boots supposedly with built in arches would indicate some issues. When you wear heels too long your arches do usually lead to issues. If he really had that hip pain, that usually comes with your feet being out of wack.

Michael Bland said Prince did the splits during a mid-nineties show and 'pulled something'. He went to the doctor who said if he kept doing the splits, he wouldn't be able to walk. He was using a cane after this episode. He transitioned out of the heels over time as well. Needed 2 hip replacements. He apparently had one, but decided against the other. I think I read he "would never go under" (anesthesia) again. He could probably ignore the pain while performing w/adrenaline & meds.
I usually wore comfortable shoes but I did have a sales job for one year requiring heels...misery. [Edited 2/9/21 21:57pm]
