clearly they had at least a little time to put thought into this between the calling off of the original RSD dates this year and the new drops or whatever, they could've done a dream factory config or even a 7" of something interesting with idk 1 more previously unreleased song

but let's throw them a picture disk after we released 5 billion variants of this album just last month

About a year or 2 ago, one of the releases was the Double-disc "Bohemian Rhapsody" soundtrack on picture disc and even that was a hundred bucks.

I'm a vinyl junkie and even I know that picture discs are the most pointless things in the universe.... especially when they don't actually have, er, a PICTURE on them?

I bought the 13 LP SOTT SDE box set (hell i'm happy!!!),

but also the limited re-release double SOTT LP in peach vinyl - and now I regret that. ))

Although I would kill for that 45 rpm SOTT singles box set that I missed out on.

Anyone ? I'll even suck d*ck for that.

You regret buying the 13LP version or the double LP in peach color version? I HAD to have the double peach LP, but didn't necessarily feel the same for the 13LP version, so I bought the full package on CD instead. But I'm definitely not buying the RSD version. Useless.

Often I buy the CD version much later, to used in my office.

At home I spin vinyl vinyl vinyl.

Hell in the morning when i get up, i put on a vinyl. Never the radio, that's for in the car.

I would put a turntable in my bedroom if I could, but my wife will stop sleeping with me haha. I am grateful for the Bluetooth bookshelf speakers I have. Streaming from my phone is the main way to enjoy music for the most part. The turntable is set up in my basement. The basement is all mine 😂

Funny enough, I do have a truntable in my bedroom. ))

With the accompanied music asside for when i read in my bed.

I go to bed early to be alone, and enjoy this moemtn every day.

I allow myself to read only during 1 lp length.

And then I HAVE to sleep. (Reading and music, both big loves of mine.)

No Prince in the bedroom though.

But having the SOTT SDE set rolling loud through the house whenever I'm alone,

Hell I even have a portable for when we go on weekends.

Any idea on how much this will be? Now, this release is not on the list for 10/24 or Black Friday. Possibly cancelled?

It comes in the normal SOTT album sleeve which is strange for a picture disc. Most picture discs are in a transparent sleeve so you can view them without having to unseal the record, therefore securing the value, should that be important to you.
