I'm not normally one to nit pick with language, and I love the song "Girls and Boys," but both the word "girl" and the word "boy" can be problematic in various applications. IMO, they are best used in situations when use of both terms ("girl" and "boy") would not be problematic.

Do have a sense of humor, though. Good jokes upthread!
