Which sensual ballad should have been released in 1990? From Adore 1987, through W2RIL 1988, Scandalous 1989 and Insatiable 1991 there would been a logical gap to fill in 1990. Joy In Repetition is not sensual in the same way as the ones above. It's more poetic and has song writing credibility. But, which song(s) (bootlegs, or side projects) would have fit the genre in 1990. I'm not as familiar with all his songs during the 1989-1990 sessions.

I understand Open Book. But The Grand Progression and Get Blue I file under the same category as Joy In Repetition, they're not really "sexy". And it's really a stretch with Open Book, but the melody is almost too good to pass on. | |
