Now that we have Purple Rain Deluxe, P&M 83, Originals, 1999 SDE and most recently SOTT SDE, what are your favorite tracks from these releases?

Here’s mine:

Fathers Song
We Can Fuck

P&M83:
Mary Don’t You Weep

Originals:
Nothing Compares 2 U
The Glamorous Life
Noon Rendezvous
Love... Thy Will Be Done
Baby, You’re a Trip
Sex Shooter
Gigolos Get Lonely Too

One off:
I Feel For You (acoustic sketch)

1999 SDE:
Feel U Up

Something In The Water (Does Not Compute) [original]
International Lover [take 1]
How Come U Don’t Call Me Anymore [Take 2]
Possessed (1982)

That's too much typing for me. SOT SDE is easily the best posthumous release. The estate really didn't have to give us so much new music. They could have parsed it out over time on a whole bunch of releases, but it's all there, missing only a couple major tracks.

there's a whole lot missing. a whole lot, absurd amounts i'm told. sure it's a pretty ok release, y'know, but i hear, through the grapevine, much like the beloved california raisins that, y'know, there's a lot missing. "absurd amounts" of stuff missing is the phrase i keep hearing, terrible shame. really a shame. ain't it a shame.

I’ve always advocated these kind of deluxe releases but honestly, I couldn’t have afforded much more. lol
