no... i rather have lost all of the valt have PP burn down and Prince retire and never be seen again but be alive... that to get all of these releases...

So is it a great set? Yeah (I think the 1999 set was better) but it is not worth the price.

I remember going to see Purple Rain at a theater on April 23 and it was clear most of the people there were casual fans... and I said to someone on line--"we should not be here. None of us should be here." I do not think he got what I was saying.

that being said: I will buy any new releases and some (not all) of the reissues.

Accepting the "apart from that, Mrs Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?" nature of the whole thing, it's been a fantastic release. Just amazing to wallow in all this material.
