No, that bedroom was not assembled from video props. Price wanted a round bed "right away" and it was the only one that could befound in MPLS and delivered that quickly.

Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

Prince, March 3rd 1986 at the First Avenue Parade show:

*

Prince: "Who's house??"

Audience: "Prince's house!"

Prince: "This is MY house! MY house!"

*

Prince, June 24th 2002 at the PP Xenophobia show (with Nora Jones guesting):

*

Prince: "As I was sitting in the back watching Ms. Jones play it dawned on me that I'm in MY house."

*

So, there were apparently multiple places that Prince referred to as his "house". However, I think Paisley Park was both figuratively and literally Prince's house. He would stay in the apartment there when he felt like it, and he did end up spending his last years living there. He had torn down the Galpin house many years ago.

*

Some were mentioning his lack of taste and/or style in decor, and then someone posted a picture of his Toronto home as a rebuttal, which was very modern and lovely. I think the decor of that home may have been to Manuela's credit though, and not Prince's. biggrin
