When shootin Prince's album cover AOA he showed me a reference photo of him sitting in front of his speakers as he liked the circular shapes. I scouted Paisley 4a more brighter backdrop & found this, his Diamond plaque for Purple Rain. Me testing vs the final shot

I'd assumed the reference to Purple Rain in these shots was meaningful. Perhaps, after the fact, it was. Prince enjoyed serendipitous epiphanies. But this makes it seem more like 'Yeah, I like circles'.
