Need help...problem w/ 1999 sweepstakes and Prince Store So I made a huge purchase of new LP releases a few days ago. I saw the link for the 1999 sweepstakes and entered one time.
Then...later after the fact I saw on the website I could earn five more entries if I made a purchase. I didn't see that message until after the purchase. So, my thinking is that I'm entitled to the five more entries. But it looks like there is no way to get these entries now, unless I buy more things.
I have contacted Prince Store people to request the additional entries. We have been going back and forth with no resolution. They keep sending me the same link "make a purchase" to get the additional entries but it simply prompts me to buy more stuff. They insist I don't have to buy more stuff but we are going around in circles.
Anyone have a name or phone number of someone there who I can get this escalated to? | |

Cancel the order you made. If it’s come already you can return in 14 days under your statutory purchase rights it should even have come with a return label. Once they receive it back or you cancel re-order and you should get your free sweepstakes entry. Comin str8 outta Preston... |

Just order something else.

Gotta be a typo. A genuine Purple Vest © would have to run you somewhere in the $5,000 range at least. |

I had to contact customer service once and they were really helpful. They should be able to help you cancel and place the order again. If a man is considered guilty

I contacted customer service once (about combining shipping for two separate purchases). They were very helpful and understanding (canceled the two independent orders and then issued a third combined order). It was super easy. |

You may be out of luck unless you make another purchase. I have zero faith in their customer service. I went in circles with them for months to exhange some damaged records they sent (keeping in mind, the mailers were in perfect condition so they had to have been packed already damaged). I returned them both in the same package and they claimed only one was returned. A comedy of errors... Attempts to escalte were unsuccessful.
So sorry if they can't fix your contest entries but here's hoping they will do you right!! |
