If Prince would still be alive today, he a) must have overcome his addiction to painkillers and, in conjunction with that, would have b) found a way to deal with the Depression he was supposedly suffering from. That in combination could have c) forced him to a completely different self-perception, which no doubt would have found a form of expression in his presentation.
