The statement you posted says they made sure FB fan groups from all over the world were included....perhaps you could send them an inquiry asking how you go about submitting from outside the US?

That's a common size for a hardback book; maybe they'll be shipped together.

I cut mine into four strips (3 pictures each) and am using them for bookmarks in this and other books. I guess, "what do you want for free" is what I'm going with.
