SOTT BLU RAY Deluxe- Peach and Black commentary I've been watching the movie with the Peach and Blackers commentating...love it. I actually feel like i'm watching with them....i've caught myself speaking out loud in response to their comments. It's really good.
I also laugh at how these guys stop talking during specially amazing parts of Prince's performance...or repeatedly say "look at that"....just before the guitar solos, the screams etc. During the screams in Forever In My Life...the guys are obviously in awe as they keep mainly quiet during these moments. What caught my attention this time...as i'm watching so closely, is that band members are also in awe. If you look at Bonnie, she looks like she's become a spectator as he screams his AZZ off. Same with Sheila...they can't contain their appreciation for this amazing performer. Dr Fink seems to be trying to remain cool with a grin but the whole piece is just Prince at his greatest.
I agreed with the P&B guys throughout...and some of their observations...wowowowow. TO catch the cameraman shadow in the opening scenes...it's just like their awesome podcasts where they hear things that I need to return to. Superb observations and I hope these dudes just keep going. \
I still haven't seen the BLu Ray however. I'd love someone to review the pic quality and sound. |

Did they record an episode where they did commentary on SOTT the movie? Where do I find that specific episode. Of course I know them. . I've started reporting on this set on 31 March. Extensively. There have been three threads about it, each one a sticky. And now, SIX MONTHS LATER, after the set has sold out (because limited edition), you discover its existence. In a thread that shouldn't even exist because it should be part of the sticky one. . Why don't you even bother to check the sticky topics in the "Prince: Music and More" forum? © Bart Van Hemelen
