I've seen fake accounts, but I'm a little baffled by how this happened -- unless someone has unauthorized access to the official YT account, it has been hacked, or there is some weird YT "hack" that allows you to spoof a video and post into an album thread on an existing account. Or maybe it's just an inadvertent bug?

I saw the album in the link you shared listed with Prince's albums on Tidal yesterday and I was wondering what it was and how it was connected with Prince.

But this is an issue with how they are posted. Before this, there were other songs posted that had Prince in their titles or descriptions...it has to do with the automated system.
