There you go! 4 pages and 118 posts in you finally concede that I was right

No concession needed from anyone paulludvig, because no one was arguing that Prince had never seen or used a Finger Cymbal. The debate has been to argue your statement that Susannah specifically stated she and/or her family "introduced" them to Prince. AGAIN, you take their statements and twist them to fit into your own "anti-Melvoin", or as poppys stated, "Melvoinophobia" obsessed world.

Just to refresh your memory.....bolded below is where you implied that Susannah stated she and the Colemans introduced Prince to the Finger Cymbals:

No dude, I never denied he used the finger cymbal. It was you who made it out to be Susannah saying he never played anything until 1985. And ... #63 Finger cymbals feature among the instruments listed on For You. . You never replied to it. For someone who is always talking about facts and clarity you never seem to present that. You have no information presented that shows Prince played the finger cymbal sin 1977. If he did, I have no problem with that. But it seems I'm doing the research, NOT you. And 1 ting with a cymbal does not make someone an accomplished finger cymbal player. I was tinging in elementary school. Go sit down somewhere. Well what song(s) do you hear finger cymbals on? on For You?
Did he 'continue' to use finger cymbals from 1979-1983/84? . The thing is David brought in very exotic Middle Eastern instruments and sounds. And a way of playing them. I played finger cymbals in elementary school. I did not play Middle Eastern instruments and manipulate the sound. Prince played the instrument David gave him on the Parade 1st Avenue open rehearsal show. I don't think he ever played the finger cymbals live again. . #90 Do we know what song (can we hear it) did he use finger cymbals on?
Can you post the credit piece where finger cymbals are mentioned? I never read that, I did read/see the use of orchestra bells though.
If the only reason you are posting is to disparage the discussion. Stop.

Susannah did stated she is working on a book. Originally it supposed to be about autism but it is going to be about her time with Prince. I am sure it is going to sell well because she is his first fiancee.
I love to hear some stories.

Quest has a bunch with different sayings on them. In the film documentary Before The Music Dies (great film if you haven't seen it - it's posted on YT now in 13 segments) he's got on one that says "Wendy, Lisa, Bobby, Mark and Matt" - not sure if the order is correct, but it's the Revolution band members.
