Watching the Emmy's and it was just on. Kinda strange to hear a Prince song blaring in a commercial.

My turn to play a*hole of the day, if bitching and moaning paid the bills, Prince would have been a billionaire. Paisley tours only cover so much of his expenses and royalties another, where else is the money going to come?

Thanks for posting the link to the press release. I mean, I get the weirdness of hearing Prince music being used to sell a product, but let's not pretend it was something he was against. Hopefully, the estate would have the good taste to not let The Cross be used to sell Crosstown Donuts or something, but Let's Go Crazy being used by Capital One doesn't seem that gross to me.

Unfortunately, without a will, the estate can only execute his wishes that were publicly or privately documented, and obviously even that isn't something they are legally bound to do.

I'm still waiting for Chevolet to get on the ball and use Little Red Corvette for when they decide to do a revamped edition of the Corvette. You know it's only a matter of time until they do.....
