How could any of us enjoy a Prince biopic of all things? Someone else playing Prince and other familiar associates. Overdramatization of certain facts for spectacular purposes, Hollywood style. Overlooking many a thing we'll know for the sake of condensing 57 years in 2 hours. I can't imagining it sounding anything but all wrong, totally, entirely WRONG to us hardcore fans. I don't wanna watch any such thing. It would actually be two actors if the pick up his story from twelve years old. If they ever do it I want it to be as good as Jamie Fox in Ray. I am thinking it might have to be animated. Who could capture Prince’s passion and energy on stage throughout all his eras. No More Haters on the Internet. | |

Maybe Todd Haynes could pull this off? I loved how he portrayed Dylan in I'm Not There. It has to have some kind of style to it that is counter to the basic hollywood presentation. Otherwise, my interest is nonexistent in the same way I have zero interest in watching a Prince cover band. | |
