...or there is no meaning behind it at all. Much like there is no meaning in changing four to 4, or two to 2, or in to n, or example to xample.....

but if I had to guess a meaning, I would personally say its in relation to the 3rd eye, which Prince was into for the better part of his life.

Prince was just using every opportuintiy to PREACH....

hE MOST CERTAINLY WAS...while reading my daily Bible reading today, I came across another one , of course he added his own words...Jesus tells us to LOVE ONE ANOTHER", I have read it several but it never hit me until today...smh...There are refeence to the Bible in several of his songs....

I've noticed that too. Who can forget the immortal words of MATTHEW 13:27-32

"And there, in the stables, a timid Joseph said to his 14 year old bride: 'Mary, I'm not saying this just to be nasty, I sincerely want to fuck the taste out of your mouth'. And so, 9 months later the 'virgin' Mary gave birth to a child in that very stable."

It melts the heart, it really does. It's the kind of love story that could bring a tear to a glass eye.
