ya, anyone who's ever had a relative drag them through hell with their addiction would know it isn't just about caring, caring is the worst thing you can do for your own health sometimes. These days I cut people off in a heartbeat if I see those issues with a "i'll pray for them" to whoever will listen.

Thank you for your last two posts, Pete...very important that none of us forget that dealing with an addict whose BRAIN HAS BEEN REWIRED by drugs is the most exhausting and frustrating thing in the world. Addicts are THE master manipulaters, secret-keepers, and experts in deception, control and rationalization. They are focused on their next hit and damn anyone who gets in their way. Hard to read? Tough. It's the truth.

ya, might sound cold but I've been through it with my sister, i don't really feel like I have to go through it again, there are people much better equipped than i to deal with those problems.

the ones on here at the time of prizefight all know you were one of the ones trying to run pf off of here, with your reporting him to luv4u every other post. Like ISLIJAG said before, prizefight was very strong and outspoken and proceeded to just walk away because everyone here basically refused to believe Prince had an ongoing problem and would rather keep their head up their ass. Pf even said "I'm walking away because obviously they're not ready for the truth" FACT

I've said this before and I'll repeat it since you may have missed it the first time: I have ALL of the orgnotes between myself and prizefight and this person made it crystal clear to me that others here on the org were causing problems for her and driving her away. Any issues I may have had with her were resolved in discussion privately with her and amicably...and better yet, I can prove it. So please stop with this baloney.

Oh, and let me point out: prizefight was VERY clear to me that she was a woman. So I don't know where you get the "him" from.

There was no "miising it the first time".....you had the thread locked with your constant reporting of pf. You make have ironed out your issues afterwards, but that simple fact remains, so cut the shit.

Are you contradicting yourself yet again? You have all of pf's orgnotes, yet debunk HER here as not credible. If SHE's so full of shit, why hold on to the orgnotes for safekeeping?

kudos to you, but not everyone feels that way. as i said, i don't know how i'd feel if some of the folks i knew, and no, i didn't get fired i just didn't want to work for these "friends" anymore and they turned on me. I can't think of anyone lower really. And just because you feel a certain way, I don't think you can say how someone else should feel, that's just invalidating what they do feel. The germans have the best word in the english language for this phenomenon, shaudenfreude. anyway, i' was just wondering, because people do hate to the degree where they wouldn't care, i know that.

I understand conflicting feelings about people who hurt your livelihood. But ultimately they are responsible for their own careers, not Prince. Prince is not the head of Warner Brothers. Anyone who thought Prince was their ticket to life-long stardom has got their head on backwards. If Jill Jones can forgive, then certainly most people can. I have been fired and I was a single mother..and it hurt my reputation and my resume and I was angry. But I didn't wish the woman who fired me would just up and die. She just didn't think I was good at the job. I got another job. There are other jobs out there than singer, pop star or musician.

Everyone knows its hard to deal with a drug addict and at times people probably just give up on them. One of my friends has a sister who is dying from the long term damage brought on by her alcholism. I asked her if she will be relieved when she finally goes. She said Yes, but she still loves her. Her sister put her through hell, but she understands that her sister's hell was worse. She also felt the same way about her mom who had demential. Prince generally speaking was a functioning addict. He was still kicking it with people and performing until the end. He functioned. He interacted (on his own terms but still it was interaction.) MOst of his suffering was alone because he wanted it that way. People knew but they didn't necessarily know all he was going. Doctors do especially when they are treating you--their perspective is different. Prizedfight by the way is not that one manager. If she were, she would not have said that P was probably okay from 2010 to 2012.

To me, the most shattering and important truths prizefight imparted about Prince were that 1) everyone knew and 2) he died of neglect in part because 3) the ill manner in which he treated many people over decades made many disinclined to get in his face about his drug use and risk their careers (the livelihood they needed to provide for their families), banishment from the circle of influence he still inhabited as a recognized industry genius and the monumental task of dragging him toward sobriety would have been demeaning, demoralizing, exhausting and futile bc he was Prince...he always did things his way, he always thought he was the smartest guy in the room and he always believed he had an inside channel to God.....so where was his 'spiritual brother' as he was slowly dying???Was anyone in Kingdom Hall aware that he was wasting away and his pupils were pinned and his eyes were glazed? It isn't just his 'associates' who dropped the ball...

Man, you really hate Prince. Nothing nice to say about him ever. And that is exactly why I can't take your arguments too seriously. They are drowning in bitterness. The fact is that people didn't just say the negative things about him. They said positive things. I imagine you don't believe any of the positive things because you believe they will say those things to keep exploiting him. But I imagine you think any negative thing said about him is hand-to-God the truth. You disliked this guy before the Prizedfight person came on and before the reports came out. you hated him since the Mayte book and saw no heart in him whatsoever even when she herself sympathized with him.. Even Prizedfight seemed to see his good sides after I expressed how much I was starting to dislike the Prince she described. If I am wrong about your feelings, prove it. If I am right, then we have nothing else to talk about. I am not going to forget that you said that his death might have been Karma. I let it go for a while but now that paragraph just proves beyond a doubt.

Prizedfight stated that she thought Prince was healthy from 2010 to 2012. Deborah stated that she quit in 2012 becuase she had been getting him Doctor Feelgood's and didn't want to anymore. Doesn't sound like the same person to me. Prizedfight also said something about working with his doctor but I don't think she meant as his manager.

Credible and all-knowing are not the same thing. A manager would know if Prince was doing okay or not okay from 2010-2012.. Someone with some credible info but not the insider info a manager would have would speculate and speculate perhaps incorrectly about the period of 2010-2012. A person can be credible about certain things but presume or speculate about others. The extent of Prizedfight's knowledge is what I am challenging. Not the fact that she may have had legitimate interactions with Prince (limited or unlimited as they may be.) I am inclined to believe she may have speculations based on limited interactions.

From what Mani said, his “spiritual brother “ was too busy looking the other way and berating her implying she knew more than a doctor,no?

Then proceeded to try to act like he wasn’t LG after the detectives showed up at his house. When asked if they discussed Princes health on the Tuesday before princes death he flat out lied and said “no”. This totally contradicts KJ’s statement in which he admits they discussed what avenue to take to get Prince help. Someone is lying...and if that’s a “spiritual brother”...I would lean towards a demonic one. Like someone else stated here before, with friends like that-who needs enemies!

Your rhetoric is getting old. Some believe prizefight is credible in her statements, if you do not -so be it. I don’t think anyone here has referred to Prizefight as an “all knowing” entity...except you.

We don't know which one lied or why they were lying. As for LG's statement to Manuela, it was shitty and I am inclined to dislike the man. But I would like to hear his justification. Folks can be in denial and complicated. For all we know, LG partook in the same pain relief methods.

Bodhi has just as much love and affinity for Prince as anyone here. Don't get butt hurt because bodhi happens to be a realist. As far as Bodhi saying "Karma" got the better of Prince, you best back that up with a link. You stepped over the line there

Don't debate what I am saying. Just criticize my rhetoric. Fine. All I am saying is that one person should not presume what everyone else in his complicated world is thinking or feeling.. You guys are pulling "I told you so" becuase of one person's opinion based on some degree of interaction with the man. But those statements are common in the world of entertainment. Stars are not usually challenged. NOt a suprise. But that doesn't mean all those people who "Knew" (I never assumed that people didn't suspect or know of some issues in the past...Hell, a reporter said in a story in 2009 that P was seen popping pills) also knew to the same extent or were as callous as this one person states. Drug addicted rock stars and their worlds are complicated and multifaceted.

Your rhetoric is getting old. Some believe prizefight is credible in her statements, if you do not -so be it. I don’t think anyone here has referred to Prizefight as an “all knowing” entity...except you. purplerabbithole said:

Credible and all-knowing are not the same thing. A manager would know if Prince was doing okay or not okay from 2010-2012.. Someone with some credible info but not the insider info a manager would have would speculate and speculate perhaps incorrectly about the period of 2010-2012. A person can be credible about certain things but presume or speculate about others. The extent of Prizedfight's knowledge is what I am challenging. Not the fact that she may have had legitimate interactions with Prince (limited or unlimited as they may be.) I am inclined to believe she may have speculations based on limited interactions.

Did you not just read where I stated that NO ONE here claimed that Prizefight was an "all knowing" entity, except you?

It wasn't an order. Grow up. I was making a point about one person's limited perspective on things.

Deborah was only there for two years also. She wasn't dismissed like the two people Prizedfight knew. She quit. What I am saying is quite simple. Many people interacted with Prince. Many of those folks have unanswered questions and their own speculations. It doesn't encapsulate the complexity of the situation because two people said "everyone knew"; Everyone knew--but to what extent did they know and to what extent did they feel like they could help or wanted to help. We can't presume the psychology of all these people or the degree of knowledge they had. We can still challenge how much they know. We can only assume that anyone willing to give P the pills is a douche. And considering Deborah for at least a little while was willing to do so before her conscience stepped in doesn't mean others were doing the same. . If his inner circle is still trying to unravel the complexity of the situation, then maybe we should not make generalizations based on a few insiders' or semi-insider opinions. He knew lots of people all with their own perspectives and justifications. . . Maybe we shouldn't act as if all of his associates were just waiting for him to die off or that he was total asshole to all of them anytime a tough subject was broached. For all we know, he just ducked and dodged and hid the usage but the ramifications were just to hard to ignore.. For example, MOrris Hayes said he asked Prince about drug usage in 1994, P denied it and MOrris still had a job. So. that's not presume how P reacted to all questions like that one. people are afraid to challenge any boss and any rock star whether he bites their heads off or not. But, some people were fond of this particular boss even though he was a troubled and evasive SOB sometimes.

BTW NOTHING IS "SPOT-ON"..that is my point.

READ IT AGAIN. It was an order. You need to grow up...or maybe you need to take a break from only having interaction with children for a while, because you're ACTING like one. I would expect a little more couth from a person who is employed as a "teacher" in the United States educational system....are you not?

Furthermore, if you want to say that there were 2 that claimed to know, now you have 3....which cements my beliefs even further.

Btw, who are you admonishing as "we"? Do you have a mouse in your pocket?

Your being butt hurt over this prizefight situation is causing you to come off as delusional.

Repeating the same actions, expecting a different answer is the very definition of insanity.Your psychology classes have failed you, I'm afraid.

Three who claim to know? MOrris asked in 1994 because Prince was acting weird. He had no proof for drug usage whatsoever. My point is that he asked a taboo question and was still employed to tell about it which contradicts the notion that all people were immediately fired for asking about drugs. NOthing I am saying is the irrational description you just gave. I am over analytical and wordy and a little angry about people's lack of compassion and judgmental generalizations. . And you are still missing my point. Two people with opinions does not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that P died of neglect due to his mistreatment of others and that everyone knew the extent of his problem at all times and just didn't give a crap. Most people who quit prince did it becuase he worked them too hard and he himself worked too hard. It was money issues in the past; long unpredicable hours in the later years. BTW, challenging one's boss over his own personal life is never easy for anyone (regardless of the boss's personality) and especially if they are famous. So, let's remember that. But providing illegal drugs for your boss is immoral and wrong and plain stupid.

the facts are that PRince died of a drug addiction, had withdrawal or overdose in 2010 (something even Elisa Fiorillo eluded to when she stated that they got him through an incident in 2010), that two people knew directly about drug usage and are claiming that everyone else knew and of course the factual details in the investigative report. The rest is speculation and opinion..because not one or two or three people can talk for the motives and feelings of the hundreds who knew him. . The extent of what people knew is the question and amount of or lack of giving a shit by associates is still speculation.

Well, obviously there were yes men and he wasn't care for properly (but that is a whole other issue--it is hard to know how to help stubborn and sneaky drug addicts who are in pain) and he had a long standing addiction. I never challenged that. I didn't say he was murdered or it was a one-time thing. I am merely stating that prizedfight's and Deborah's cynical views of others (their motives, their feelings, the extent of their knowledge, and thier complicity) are merely opinions and speculations by people with some limits to what they know. Deborah seems more aware than that anonymous doctor's assistant or whatever she was, but Deborah can't read minds and didn't interview everyone he knew etc. Plus, P didn't just pop pills in front of his entire staff and musicians. We all know that from the hidden nature of his pills (Aleve and Bayer don't seem necessary when his staff is terrified and signing NDA's) .

The documents show us they are liars. There is no justification they are flat out liars and fakes.
