Take 2: Journalists on Twitter are saying that Carver County has released a trove of documents electronically. NOTE to MODS: Do not lock my thread! This is a specific question that needs to be answered, and it does not fit/will become buried and invisible if you banish it to that confusing/useless 20 page sticky. Thank you.
On twitter various journalists are saying that Carver County has released a trove of records about the Prince investigation electronically. Does anyone know how to access this? |

Yeah, I know that's part of it. It's supposed to be a rally large trove. So, I'm primarily interested in the rest of it. I know that a lot of other people are as well.
