Correction - I've joined, but I can't log in.
Got my confirmation email with username and password etc, but when I try to log in it says invalid username / password. I guess they gotta iron out a few problems... | |

The linked page holds an in-line frame, which displays a PHP-script-page. The form on that page executes this script: https ://www.npgmusicclub.com/validate_registration.php, which, as you can see, is located on a secure webserver. Might not be that bad at all | |

You can clean your cache in the browser's options menu. If all fails: take a look at my preceeding post, which holds the link for the join-page, and Ian's, which has a preview of the 'garden' (which is nothing more than the hallway to the join-page, right now ). | |

CONFUSION! So I guess our old passwords & usernames mean nothing, right? I tried to join w/ my old name but it says the name is already taken. But there's no option for "renew" it's just JOIN... First impressions count though... and NPGMC has started badly. Hopefully they'll sort the problems out quickly. You would think that after more than 2 years of hosting the club, they'd have learned how to run things a bit more smoothly by now. | |

You think? I work with some graphic artists who would say otherwise... It looks like cheesy programmer art. Look at the two character guarding the gates to the club... when they move down to block your path. How crappy is that animation
Also the fonts are mad... the whole site is a mishmash of different styles. They seem to be using the old NPGMC fonts and logos, alongside what looks like the Emancipation font and others. The site lacks a unified look, a cohesion. Last years site looked a lot cooler, IMO> | |
