Possible reference to Girls & Boys in Swedish song by Tomas Andersson Wij

This is probably not very interesting to people outside the Nordic countries. In February 2018, Swedish artist Tomas Anderson Wij released his new album Avsändare okänd (=Address unknown). The album track Mörkrets hastighet (=The speed of darkness) contains a spoke intro with a subtle reference to what could be the Prince song Girls & Boys. The lyrics are in Swedish, so I have translated them below. Of course, this could refer to the song with the same name by Blur, but considering that Wij used to be a music journalist and has talked much about the loss of Prince and David Bowie, I think it is a pretty safe bet that it could be the Prince song he refers to.

Heavy incoming traffic, it weighs down on your chest

You're listening to Girls & Boys on low volume, remembering how happy it made you

Once upon a time, once upon a time
