Clouds - "Mr Nelson..." "Mr Nelson... Mr Nelson, can you hear my voice? Sir, we know you're a little bit groggy, and you're probably going to find it hard to speak. But don't try to talk or process too much now. We just wanted to let you know that the medication you were given put you in suspended animation for quite some time. Well in fact, about 45 years.
But where you are now, is a place that does not require time. That being said, you are completely safe. And we're here to help you."
This makes me teary eyed. But at the same time puts a smile on my face.

He was 55. 45 years would mean he came back at 100. Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

He was on his own at age 12. Add that to the 45 years he speaks of in the song.

There are so many songs on AOA that u have to hear over and over again because u wonder what he was try to tell us. And it ties in with what Tyka said about knowing he wouldn't be around for much longer. At the My Name is Prince exhibition, Ur invited to leave a message on a much smaller replica of the fence around Paisley. I was gonna write the following, but didn't... .

I say to myself, and often to others, that I'm not a religious person, but when I think of everything Prince did in his 57 years, it really does make u want to believe in a God. It's no wonder that he believed, and, I don't know, he makes me wanna believe, as stupid and foolish as it sounds, that he WILL be reborn.

I told y'all about that album when it came out. Dude was talking MJ and 2pac a little too much (fascinated), and wondering out-loud about how they would be remembered.

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I didn’t see it that way. I figured it was 45 years ahead (45 + 55 = 100). P didn’t believe in birthdates, but he always into numbers like that. "Love & honesty, peace & harmony"

I think so, too. . Way Back Home is probably the most revealing song of his career. If that album came out in 2016, just before he died, that song might’ve been a really eery, minor radio hit, something mournul that would playing in Starbucks. That’s not good or bad, but I can just imagine it. "Love & honesty, peace & harmony"

how about those moments before death?...when you cant catch your breath?...when your heart valves malfunction??...when your soul leaves your body and your brain begins to short circuit, and your body convulses and seizes up???.. how can you be so sure that shit dont hurt like hell???....just getting your wind knocked out (getting hit in the stomach or midsection) while playing sports is among the most painful & frightening shit on earth....now imagine getting your wind PERMANENTLY knocked out....you trying to tell me that shit dont hurt?...or even those last thoughts while all the life ending shit is going on, and you KNOW you're about to expire...you think that shit dont hurt???... i dont believe you...we dont even know how P died...so how can we even guess that he fell asleep peacefully???...cmon laura
