Graffiti Bridge.
Wedding Feast (I never thought I'd say this rivals the above as a stinker...but here I am...Gilbert & Sullivan he aint - sorry P, whatever u were trying 2 do there just didnt work!) Man, that stuff's wrong! thank GOD He didnt do that live, I dont think I would've been able 2 contain my disdain! The majority of the 'Chaos & Disorder' album - even HE knew it stunk. Same can be said of some of those 'Ill Do Anything' trax... *shudders* But 2 be fair, considering how long He's been layin' the phat down, the above aint a bad show compared 2 99% of other artists out there! So I can live with these few musical faux pas!

let's just say it's the price he pays for being so prolific.
Some of the songs taking heat don't deserve it.I don't think he's trying to make any great musical statements with the likes of 'wedding feast' and 'courting time'.Besides,my mother likes 'courting time'!

1st part - yeah I agree, but at the end of the day - it's all relative, we like what we like because it either speaks 2 us...or doesnt I guess. They just dont move me.
PERIOD. | |

ditto!!! No one has really mentioned the non-commercial crap he has recorded. Mirror Message-that backwards(i know it is not really backwards) junk is a waste of space, time and energy.

 Delirious! Are ya kidding me? Delirious is a great song. I think Pink Cashmere & 1999(The New Master) version is his weakest tracks. He should have left 1999 alone.

Give me something I can agree with, guys. I like all these songs, well... all except for "Push It Up" I guess. I'll pick that as the weakest track until I see something worse.

This kind of comment really pisses me off! We all know that it is not "cool" to like any of his more recent work on the org. but to make a generalisation like this is what is wrong with the attitude of many Prince "fans" today. Can you honeslty say that every track on Batman, Grafitti Bridge, For you, Prince and Controversy are better than every track on TRC, The Gold experience, The Truth and ONA. It's sad to see people so stuck in the 80s, that they cannot appreciate what Prince is doing today. Open your mind...you might enjoy it! --------------------------------------------------

Here we go: 1994: 1-800-NEW-FUNK Uninspired collection of tracks by other people I liked "Standing at the Altar" and "2gether." 1994: Come Pretty much a throwaway, but it grows on you. I liked: Come (if you cut out all the bullshit) Space (okay) Letitgo 1994: Black Album Classic, but recorded much earlier. 1995: Exodus Not a proper Prince record but pretty good. I liked: Get Wild Count the Days The Good Life Return of the Bump Squad 1995: The Gold Experience Quite good, actually. I liked: Endorphinmachine Shhh Dolphin Now Billy Jack Bitch I Hate U 1996: Girl 6 Doesn't count either. 1996: Chaos and Disorder Crappy. 1996: Emancipation Not great. I liked: Somebody's Somebody White Mansion Face Down The Holy River (okay) 1997: Crystal Ball Doesn't count - old. 1997: Kamasutra Not good - uninspired. 1998: New Power Soul Total shit. BUT: The One (good) 1999: The Vault Doesn't count, but totally uninspired crap. I liked: 5 Women Sarah Extraordinary 1999: Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic CRAP I liked: I Love You But I Don't Trust You Anymore Man o' War (okay) 2001: The Rainbow Children Pretty good in places. I liked: Muse 2 the Pharaoh The Work 1+1+1 is 3 She Loves Me For Me Last December 2002: One Nite Alone Crap. I almost liked it, but ended up not liking it. 2002: One Nite Alone Live Crap. Not a good representation of Prince's live show. Overdubs and studio cleanups are NOT a live album. ...
