Search warrants (facts and tidbits). I wanted to disregard all of the tabloid information I've read and focus soley on the facts of each search warrant that was reviewed here. Of note, there are some things in these warrants that I was not aware of and found interesting. Some if not most of it, is already known here on the org. I will highlight the tidbits that I wasn't aware of until taking a closer look at the warrants. I wil post each in descending order as time permits.

Is it legal to prescribe controlled substances in someone else´s name? I know that doctors occasionally use a relative´s name on the prescription for whatever reason (insurance issues, etc. ) but a controlled substance? " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

"n. DEA learned that Prince's computer had several email accounts to include mistag3@ gmail..." Does anyone have any idea what mistag3 could stand for? I can't bring him back as he was, so this stood out as interesting to me. Always wanting to know more about our Prince. ❤️

I will highlight the tidbits that I wasn't aware of until taking a closer look at the warrants. I wil post each in descending order as time permits. ----- I was aware of the withdrawals comment coming from his camp. Dr. S put a press release that pain pills were Kirk not Prince. Not sure way he told on himself with cops and then changed his story and appears to be getting away with it. Is it not interesting that Ondansetron ODT is often prescribed for the following. --- his medication is used alone or with other medications to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer drug treatment (chemotherapy) and radiation therapy. It is also used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting after surgery. It works by blocking one of the body's natural substances (serotonin) that causes vomiting. --- Note that Prince was suppose to be in withdrawal but Dr. S was seeing him for joint pain and none of the drugs Dr. S prescribed would have helped ween him off of pain medications or had anything to do with joint pain. I would bet that Prince had seen had doctor in the past under an assumed name either in the U.S or oversees and I bet his former manager is well aware of it. [Edited 11/2/17 11:05am] ----- Also note the drugs Doctor S prescribed. The diazepam was found in Prince's system but does anyone find it odd that he was prescribed so many drugs for anixiety along with the hydro that Kirk had? Hydroxyzine is used to treat itching caused by allergies. It is an antihistamine and works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction. Hydroxyzine may also be used short-term to treat anxietyor to help you feel sleepy/relaxed before and after surgery. ----- Clonidine lowers blood pressure by decreasing the levels of certain chemicals in your blood. This allows your blood vessels to relax and your heart to beat more slowly and easily. The Catapres brand of clonidine is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). The Kapvay brand is used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder( Valium, known as diazepam in its generic form, is a benzodiazepine primarily used for short-term relief from symptoms of anxiety disorders in children older than six months, adolescents, and adults. It may help relieve excessive worry, shortness of breath or heavy perspiration, feelings of edginess, and difficulty sleeping due to anxiety. Valium can also be used to treat alcohol withdrawal, seizures, muscle spasms, or as a relaxing agent before medical procedures. ----- The Valium should not be taken with other Certain over-the-counter, prescription medications, and supplements can increase the risk of side effects or the levels of diazepam in the body including: alcohol, antihistamines, pain relievers, muscle relaxants, or other drugs that promote sleep and relieve anxiety. Remember Andrew brought the Subxone for his as well. I am sorry but I think Prince was going to have problems even if the Fentenyl had not gotten to him. [Edited 11/2/17 11:18am] I think he had a doctor who out of his element and associates who were just as clueless. [Edited 11/2/17 11:20am]

cannot even begin to express how heartbroken this is to read for myslef & I know it will be for many of my purple friends. Part of me is angry that his pride / need for privacy made things so much worse. What a way to go out.

It sounds to me as though P was trying to detox off of gosh knows what, and these drugs including the anti-naseua drug would be used for that detox. Getting drugs from different places with contraindications can be a problem, along with of course the fentanyl issue. Laura do you think he gave up and took another bad pill out of being in so much pain?

4 of the drugs listed came from Dr. S. From what I am reading he should not have been given all these anti-anxiety meds along with the Hydro. Even if Dr. S is telling the truth and he wrote the pain meds for Kirk he had to have been aware that P was having a problem with pain meds especially if he was seeing him for joint pain.
It does not make sense for the doctor to have prescribed all that stuff. It was not found that he was a long term user of Fentanyl so I believe that was something he was not aware of.
I cannot figure out why take the bootleg pills if Kirk had the real thing. So we have to think he got confused ( thus accidental o.d) or he just did not care. After all he got a rack of drugs from Dr. S and he still took the bootleg stuff as well.
He could have gone anywhere to get Subxone and been straight.
I still say the anti-nausea drugs are suspect as they are mainly used for cancer treatment but at the same time Prince was out the day before riding a bike and had gone to a night club.
Looks like a million bucks playing at the Channahsen Supper Club back in January.

Worth Repeating From Menes:
d. The investigation reveals that interviews of those who were there when Prince was found that morning, are inconsistent and contradictory at times.

Because they have something to hide. People who are honest are not contradictory. They did hang around for 45 minutes before even finding him knowing he was ill. What does that say?

I think they meant 20 hours.

My guess, that is probably 20:00 which is military time for 8pm.

Where does it say in the warrants Dr. S prescribed 4 drugs? I must have missed that statement.

I actually find that to be what one would expect in situation of this nature. There have been numerous tests of people witnessing the same event and having different ‘versions' when interviewed afterwords And, when we are in an emotional and stressful situation, we notice/don’t notice different things. So statement ‘d.’ is simply a fact, not a necessarily a conclusion as to why the were inconsistent and contradictory statements. . I think it would be more disturbing if they all had the same exact story word for word with exact times. If all statements were the same, especially in such a highly emotional event, that would make me draw the conclusion that they ‘stopped to get their story straight’. That would be more of a red flag for me. . JMHO, Peace, DD55

Note that the script bottles in the search warrant are from CVS. P went to Walgreen's the night before he passed.

yes, ISLIJAG, you are correct.
Also... Maybe I’m dense, but I find some of these statements curious.
Or maybe I’m just nitpicking.
So, points ike C, E, F…they make sense to me…. a bottle and contents.
but things like…. B, CVS Bottle….so….. is it empty? or G, 10 white pills… on the counter, in a bottle?
I seem to remember way back….. someone said one ‘bottle’ had a mixture of different pills but here the SW doesn’t reflect exactly where each discovery was.
Am I missing something here?
